MIS / About Us / MIS Degree Information

The MIS Group is not an academic program. We provide computer support to the administration of the College of Engineering.

If you are interested in studying MIS at the University of Florida, you should consider either computer science or decision and information science through the College of Business Administration. The College of Liberal Arts and Sciences (CLAS) also offers degree programs that may suit your needs. The College of Engineering offers computer science programs, but they are generally not business oriented.

The Computer and Information Sciences and Engineering Department at the University of Florida teaches computer science courses for all three colleges, so you may want to contact them for more information as well. Before you do that, though, you should visit the following web pages and see what best suits your needs:

Good Luck!
