There are a variety of tools you can use to detect and
remove spyware / adware from a computer system. MIS recommends
any of the following:
It is best to use at least two of these tools to insure a
clean system. Make sure to update spyware/adware detection
rules by using the auto-update features of the software prior
to scanning your system. This will insure that the latest
spyware/adware is detected and removed from your system.
These tools are part of the default install and should be
present on all COE admin computers.
