MIS / Services

Managment Information Systems (MIS) is happy to assist the college in any way that it can. For a more detailed description of the support and services MIS offers please look over our support agreement. If you need assistance from MIS please use our Project Request Form to initiate all consulting work.

Our main services include:

• Networking - Server and client software installation and troubleshooting for Novell Netware and UNIX networks.
  
• Software - Installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting for a variety of software applications (including but not limited to: Windows, Perfect Office, Microsoft Office, Paradox, cc:Mail, Eudora, Netscape, TCP3270).
  
• Hardware - Installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting on full computer systems and individual peripherals--primarily for IBM and IBM compatibles.
