Timeline

For most projects, the turn-around time from our initial consultation to you having the finished product in your hands is 6 weeks. This gives us ample time to place you into our production schedule, and allows you plenty of time to proof the printed materials.

However, the sooner you can let us know you will need our services for a project the better. Even if you don't have hard dates yet, please fill this form out and get on our schedule. For example, if you are currently planning a seminar that will take place 12 months, have us add it to our production calendar now so we can save a spot for you.

Please keep in mind that traditional printing methods take 8-10 *business* days at the printer. It will take additional time to print if you need to order specialty papers or employ special processes like die cuts, embossing, or foils.

Even if you have missed our 6-week-in-advance scheduling deadline, please contact us anyhow. We may be able to accelerate the process by using one of our pre-designed templates, putting you into an empty production slot, or using alternative printing methods.

Cost

The cost of our labor is free to College of Engineering units. However, you are responsible for all printing and mailing costs. Additionally, depending on the project there will sometimes be a charge for materials.
