The News & Publications office provides faculty, staff and students with a variety of services at no charge. Besides writing and producing The Florida Engineer, Annual Report and several Web publications throughout the year, our staff stays busy writing and designing everything from brochures and fliers to Web sites and PowerPoint presentations. A team of graphic designers can also create original logos and other artwork.
We are able to handle projects from start-to-finish, including concepting, writing, designing and print management. We can find the right printer to fit your budget and assure that the final piece is just right, or, for projects that need to be completed quickly or that have a small budget, the office is equipped with color printers, a laminator and a variety of other professional quality equipment.
Our staff photographer and videographer make sure they're present to capture the college's most memorable events, and our writers assure that those events find their way into publications both near and far. We're always looking for strong news stories that have state, national and international potential. These can be based upon research findings, new technologies, presentations and special programs and events with significant consumer or environmental impact. We'll work with you to garner publicity, and will furnish media with the information they need to make a compelling story.
