- PROBLEM SOLVING: Worked for five years as a Student Consultant at the University of Florida Computing Help Desk solving computer related problems for clients about a variety of subjects, including: programming, disk/file recovery, Internet, dial-up, network accounts, software and hardware configuration, operating systems, etc.
- THE INTERNET Familiar with the use and administration of various Internet and On-Line computing services. Including, but not limited to: e-mail, FTP, HTTP, gopher, usenet, listservs.
- INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE: Lived in Saudi Arabia for three years and Morocco for two years. Traveled the European, African, and Middle Eastern countries, experiencing their language and culture.
- PROFICIENT IN AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE: Passed the Florida Registry for Interpreters for the Deaf (FRID) written test and will take the performance test in the future to obtain FRID QA certification. Have been interpreting for the Rock Church of Gainesville for two years
