Dr. Shuai Li is an Associate Professor in the Department of Civil and Coastal Engineering at the University of Florida. His research, supported by the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Energy, and leading technology companies, advances the frontiers of artificial intelligence and robotics for the built environment. His current research focuses on construction humanoids, robotic systems in diverse form factors, AI agents for construction enterprises, and digital twins and intelligent systems for buildings and urban environments. He received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, together with three M.S. degrees in Construction Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Economics, and dual B.S. degrees in Hydraulics and Hydroelectric Engineering and in Project Management from Tianjin University.
