US citizenship or permanent residency is highly preferred. The ideal candidate would have experience in two or more of the following areas: 1) CFD, 2) large (peta) scale simulations, 3) high performance computing, 4) verification, validation and uncertainty quantification, 5) hardware architecture emulation.
