Junior Preview Application

This application is used for any prospective engineering Ph.D. student applying for the 2019 Junior Preview program and/or 2020 SURF program. This application is only for engineering prospects.

HWCOE will no longer accept Junior Preview applications past midnight on September 27, 2019. This form doubles as the SURF application and we will continue to accept applications for that program.

Letters of recommendation can be uploaded in the application below or the recommender may email the letter directly to Brittany Boyer (brittany.boyer@ufl.edu) or Mike Nazareth (mikenaz@eng.ufl.edu).

American Indian or Alaska Native: a person having origins in any of the original peoples of North and South America (including Central America), and who maintains tribal affiliation or community attachment.

Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander:
