Art in Engineering Museum Night
Our annual Art in Engineering Museum Night is scheduled for Thursday, October 12, 2017 from 6-9 p.m. at the Harn Museum of Art. This has been a big event; last year we had over 700 attendees.
If you are interested in displaying your music, art, or art-making, please complete the sign-up form no later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, October 4th.
The forms of art or art-making can include, but are not limited to: painting, drawing, digital design and display, collage, photography, musical performance, seminars/lectures on an art in engineering topic, wood work (created, decorated, etc.), robotics and other engineering designs, reading of poetry and other forms of the written word, etc.
We are seeking all kinds of performance art, including juggling, music of different forms, acting, dance, etc. A minimum of one member of your performing group must be an engineer. While your presence near your displayed piece is preferred, you need not be present to display your work. More detail about the display requirements will be provided after you respond with your commitment to present your work.
If you have any questions, please contact Eric Segal at firstname.lastname@example.org.
