UF Engineering graduates are transforming the workplace – like former Turner Broadcasting Systems, Sun Microsystems and Dell executive Rhonda Holt, former Disney executive Erin Wallace and C200 member and Cardea Group founder, chairman and CEO Linda P. Hudson. UF Engineering students Jasmine Perez and Erin Winick were selected to be University Innovation Fellows with the National Science Foundation-funded Epicenter. The UF section of the Society of Women Engineers, or SWE, won the outstanding national section award in 2016. Among public and private institutions, UF is ranked top ten nationally for the most engineering bachelor’s and doctoral degrees awarded to women.*
Last year, the UF Engineering Leadership Institute hosted the C200 Leadership Summit, where C-suite women executives discussed the impact of women in leadership roles.
