Participants were asked to complete an online survey of questions to determine the attitudes, perceptions and behaviors as they relate to safety within the College of Engineering. The intent of this survey is to establish a baseline moving forward, as well as identify weak areas to target
change initiatives. This study was conducted under the approval of IRB 2, protocol #2014-U-173.
The survey went live on 21st April 2014 and was closed on 30th June 2014 and was sent to all faculty, staff, graduate students and undergraduates conducting research.
