The EFTP program consists of the Introduction to Engineering, The EFTP Experience, AutoCAD and Project Design courses for a total of six general elective credits. Based on the successes of the STEPUP program’s component of calculus and chemistry courses, the EFTP Plus program will include a calculus and chemistry review course in addition to the traditional EFTP courses. These courses will serve as a review for students who would like a refresher as well as a chance to better prepare themselves for their critical tracking courses. The EFTP Plus calculus and chemistry courses will be graded; however, they will not earn credits. Students electing this option must take both the calculus and chemistry course, and will receive a letter grade in each course at the end of the program.
