Timeline

Spring 2023

• Invited to participate in the Gator Engineering at Santa Fe Program and to become part of the Gator Nation.
• Participate in a Gator Engineering at Santa Fe Information Session.
• Confirm participation in Gator Engineering at Santa Fe by May 1.
• Complete required paperwork, immunizations, course placement testing, and make any necessary changes to FAFSA.

Summer 2023

• Receive academic advising for appropriate fall registration.
• If desired, get a head start on courses during the Summer B term.

Fall 2023

• Take courses at Santa Fe College as a Santa Fe student.

Spring 2024

• Continue working to meet critical tracking course requirements at Santa Fe College.
• If UF admitted:
  • Take courses at Santa Fe College as a University of Florida student.
  • Take a University of Florida course appropriate for your major.

Summer 2024

• If desired, take courses at Santa Fe College, your home institution, or the University of Florida (if UF admitted).

Fall 2024

• Continue working to meet critical tracking course requirements at Santa Fe College.
• If UF admitted:
  • Take courses at Santa Fe College as a University of Florida student.
  • Take a University of Florida course appropriate for your major.

Spring 2025

• Begin taking courses full-time at the University of Florida.
