About DTU
The Technical University of Denmark often simply referred to as DTU, is a university in Kongens Lyngby, just north of Copenhagen, Denmark. It was founded in 1829 at the initiative of Hans Christian Ørsted as Denmark’s first polytechnic, and is today ranked among Europe’s leading engineering institutions. DTU is an elite technical university where you will have hands-on access to world- class facilities and where all graduate level programs are research-based.
DTU Summer University spans three terms: June, July, and August. Successful participation will earn you up to 5 ECTS points per term (approx. 3 US credits). Students can participate in design-build projects, research immersion courses, or graduate courses.
