How to register for info sessions

If you are interested in touring the College of Engineering, please fill out a registration form at the UF College of Engineering Website. This helps to ensure an accurate number of Ambassadors are present to accommodate larger tour groups. For registration and information, please view the Visit the College page!

The College of Engineering offers information sessions and tours for prospective students and families. Every session is conducted by a member of our professional advising staff and peer advisors. During the info session, you will have the chance to learn about our college, our programs, and the resources provided for students. On tours, Engineering Ambassadors provide the Gator Engineering student experience! Each EA has been selected to represent our college because of their experience and involvement, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn about research, internships, and study abroad opportunities from these students. The College of Engineering Information Session and Tour will last approximately 2 hours.

Engineering tours

Tours of the College of Engineering will give you a look into the facilities and programs of many engineering disciplines. Examples of the facilities we tour include:

  • Thermofluids Laboratory with Undergraduate Wind Tunnel (Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering)
  • Rhines Hall (Materials Science and Engineering)
  • Weil Hall with the Civil Engineering “Pit” and Industrial & Systems Engineering
  • Buildings such as the newest building on campus, Malachowsky Hall
