GEE Day

GEE Day 2024

What is Gator Engineering Experience Day?

Gator Engineering Experience Day (GEE Day), hosted by the Engineering Ambassadors, is an event that aims to welcome admitted, prospective engineering students to the University of Florida, where they will have the opportunity to spend a day in the life of a Gator Engineering student.

Each admitted engineering student is limited to 1 guest to accompany them the day of the event to ensure as many students can attend as possible.

Whether you have accepted your admission to UF or you are deciding between universities, GEE Day will provide you with the information you need to make those tough decisions and prepare for your first semester. At GEE Day, you will learn about the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering through a variety of events including engineering showcases and campus tours. Additionally, there will be several informational panels led by both engineering students and faculty to answer any questions you may have about engineering or Gator life.

Please join us for the 10th annual Gator Engineering Experience Day on March 25th, 2024, where we will strive to offer our prospective students a focused view of all the opportunities and resources offered by the UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. Experience a day in the life at the University of Florida and what it means to be a Gator – better yet, a Gator Engineer.

If you have any questions about GEE Day events, please send them directly to the Engineering Ambassadors events team at: ea.specialevents@gmail.com.
