Arnoldo Valle Levinson selected as member of Mexican Academy of Sciences

Dr. Arnoldo Valle Levinson, professor in the Department of Civil and Coastal Engineering, has been selected to become a member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences.  

The admission of new members to the Academy is governed by a careful process of evaluation by the Mexican Academy of Sciences membership committee. Founded in 1959, The Mexican Academy of Sciences is a private independent nonprofit, which is currently comprised of 2156 members from leading academic backgrounds and working in various institutions in the country and abroad.
