UF Homecoming Parade UF Engineering students in the Benton Engineering Council (BEC) participate in the UF Homecoming Parade each year. This year’s theme is “That’s what I call a Growl!” and is dedicated to Winfred Phillips, former engineering dean and vice president of research at UF. The “throwback” float will be made out of custom laser-cut geometric shapes.
