Collaboration
National and International
AI’s impact transcends geographical boundaries, making collective agreement on crucial issues like environmental impact mitigation, preservation of cultural knowledge or appropriate deployment restrictions (e.g. red lines) necessary.
Industry – Academia
AI Ethics’ full potential can only be realized through an industry-academia partnership.
While academic institutions provide vital knowledge and research, industry partners contribute real-world implementation experience and practical solutions.
To advance these discussions, we are collaborating with Google Research to convene a Fall Symposium event in San Francisco, California, in November 2025. Entitled AI Ethics-to-Industry: From Principles to Practice, the symposium seeks to unite leading researchers from industry and academia to develop concrete solutions for the most pressing technical and governance challenges in artificial intelligence.
