We live in a world where rapid technology advances frequently collide with volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous business conditions that result in the increasing need for effective engineering leadership. The Engineering Leadership Institute at the University of Florida is preparing a diverse engineering student body with the mindset, knowledge and key competencies needed for their transition into the workforce as an emerging engineering leader.
