Remind them to activate their EduRoam account to seamlessly use wireless on campus. If not, they can log into ufvisitor and get a pin by text message.

If they will give a talk, submit the details to the college calendar of events. These details will be included in the weekly Upcoming Seminars email to faculty by the ADRI’s assistant.
