How to get your student organization event included in the Student Affairs Calendar
- Student organizations wanting to post an event on the Student Affairs Calendar should fill out this form by no later than 7 days before the event.
- Submitted events will be published pending approval by the Student Affairs office.
- This is the only way to get an event in the calendar, and emails should not be sent to a third party requesting the dissemination of information.
- As a reminder, all events should be of interest to University of Florida engineering students.
