IGNITE Non-Traditional Career Pathways Summit

The Second Annual Non-Traditional Career Pathways Summit, hosted by IGNITE, will be held Tuesday, September 30, from 4:00–8:00 PM in the Wertheim Lobby. This professional development event is designed to help students discover careers beyond the traditional engineering track, highlighting opportunities in project management, entrepreneurship, venture capital, sales engineering, and consulting.

The evening begins with a networking session from 4:00–5:15 PM, where students can connect with representatives from Deloitte, Mettler Toledo, Solenis, and Michelin, etc. to learn about career paths, internship openings, and industry trends. From 5:15–8:00 PM, participants can join workshops, panels, and information sessions led by professionals who will share practical advice and real-world insights into these dynamic fields.

Students are encouraged to attend in business casual attire. Dinner will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Whether you are exploring new career directions or seeking internship opportunities, this summit offers a welcoming space to learn, ask questions, and build valuable connections!
