This program can be a life-changing experience to help you build and exercise technology innovation and entrepreneurship skills in one of the most dynamic and innovative cities in Europe.  Munich is exploding as a European leader in technology innovation and has overtaken Berlin, the current program location, in startup fundraising for the first time, raising over €2.3bn in 2024. The financing volume for startups in Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia increased by more than €600m each compared to 2023, while the volume for Berlin startups fell by €200m.

UF in Munich instructors and local entrepreneurs will guide students with instruction and connections to apply leading-edge technology innovation models to building your own tech startups. Students who take both the UF in Munich –  Innovation and Entrepreneurship courses offered back-to-back will also be two-thirds of the way to completing the UF Engineering Innovation Certificate.
