The University of Florida is leading the project, leveraging AI and digital twin technology to create a virtual model of a Jacksonville city section. Led by UF Engineering School of Sustainable Infrastructure & Environment- ESSIE's Christine Angelini, Ph.D., an associate professor and director of the UF Center for Coastal Solutions, Florida's Digital Twin will test land use and climate scenarios for smarter infrastructure investments. 🌍Florida faces an aging infrastructure, a changing environment, and rapid population growth.
