FLEX Executive Director Erik Sander and FLEXNet Director Rodney Guico were in attendance at a luncheon sponsored by the Economic Development Corp. of Sarasota County where key leaders who played a critical role in bringing the first engineering extension office of UF’s Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering spoke about how the public-private partnership came to Sarasota County. Mark Huey, President & CEO for the EDC of Sarasota County, presided over the leaders panel which included:
