Internal Engineering Project Requests

Use this form to contact the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering Marketing & Communications team about any project you’d like to request our assistance with.

*****Our typical start time for projects is 2-3 weeks from when you submit your request, sometimes longer. We make exceptions for urgent items, and submissions are assessed on a case-by-case basis. However, please consider the following timeline when submitting your request.*****

Before completing the form, please check if the below items answer your questions or serve your needs:

• Social media, PowerPoint, flyer, and/or other templates
• Branding guidelines
• Submit an event to the college calendar

Depending on the scope of your project, we may schedule a formal meeting to establish a timeline or determine if additional personnel are needed to complete the request.
