Ron Antevy, CEO of Trimble Buildings Organization (BS CE ‘91) and his brother, Jon Antevy, the company’s founder and fellow UF alumnus, were honored with the Clark Butler Pinnacle Award, the highest distinction given in the annual Gator 100, a ranking of the fastest-growing businesses created and guided by University of Florida alumni. Formerly e-Builder, the Trimble Buildings Organization is a pioneer in fully integrated cloud-based construction management software. The Alumni Association is proud to recognize these amazing business owners and entrepreneurs through the Gator100.

No. 10 — Hypolita

Brian Lampp 

Brian Lampp is a co-founder and vice president of Hypolita, based in Gainesville, Florida, along with his wife, Morgan Lampp. Hypolita combines vibrant colors, striking typography and inspirational messages to create long-lasting wall art. From the nursery to the living room, these personalized picks brighten up the walls and help create that warm feeling that makes your home extra special.

No. 23 — Securifera

Ryan Wincey
2012 M.S. Computer & Information Science & Engineering

Ryan Wincey is the founder and president of Securifera, Inc. Securifera assesses the network security posture of its clients over long-term red team engagements, through tasks that include open-source intelligence gathering, email phishing, vulnerability research, exploit development, scripting (Python, Ruby, Powershell, VBScript, Bash), remote administration tool development, and network operations using commonly used security tools (Metasploit, Nmap, Maltego, Canvas, Kali). Ryan previously worked as a senior red team specialist at Blizzard Entertainment, a premier developer and publisher of entertainment software.

No. 27 — GH3 Enterprises

Glen Harris
2001 B.S. Civil Engineering, 2003 M.E. Civil Engineering

Glen Harris is president of GH3 Enterprises, a certified general contractor and a new partner at Alair Homes Sanibel. A third-generation Floridian, Glen has worked on Pine Island, Sanibel, Captiva, St. James City, Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Naples for more than 13 years, managing more than $40 million in high-end custom residential and commercial construction. He joined Alair Homes as a partner in July 2016.

Christian Decker
1989 M.E. Civil Engineering

Christian Decker is the president and founder of Planate Management Group, with more than 30 years of military and civilian installation management experience, both in uniform and as a senior government civilian and contractor. Since founding the company in 2007, Christian has led a diverse team of technical experts who are experienced in working in some of the most complex and difficult environments worldwide, providing planning, design, construction and professional services solutions for Planate’s clients.

No. 30 — Engineered Design Services, LLC

Craig McKenzie

Craig McKenzie is president/CEO of Engineered Design Services, LLC, founded in 2013. It is a full-service, minority-owned engineering firm specializing in innovative design projects. Engineered Design Services has undertaken projects across the United States and overseas, providing high-quality engineering services to its partners across major markets.

No. 31 — Cummins Cederberg Coastal & Marine Engineering

Jason Cummins
2004 B.S. Civil Engineering, 2006 M.S. Coastal and Oceanographic Engineering

Jason Cummins is the founder and president of Cummins Cederberg Coastal & Marine Engineering. They are southeast Florida’s largest professional engineering firm specializing in the coastal and marine environment. The firm has steadily grown to a full-service coastal and marine engineering practice that can lead projects from start to finish. The Cummins Cederberg team of engineers and marine scientists provide unique comprehensive experience, ranging from initial field investigations, such as bathymetric surveying, tide/current/wave measurements, underwater structural inspections, environmental assessments and soil borings, to detailed analyses utilizing complex computer models and the engineering design and permitting of coastal dredge and fill projects, marine structures, seawalls, marinas and ports.

Dave Core
1983 B.S. Industrial and Systems Engineering

Dave Core is the CEO of MARS Company. He has been recognized for his proven expertise in growing and leading private and public technology companies for the last 25 years as a senior executive and entrepreneur at companies such as AT&T, Westell Technologies, Southern Bell, Daleen Technologies, Solicore and DaCo Solutions Group. He has extensive experience in executive leadership, building successful private and public companies, raising private and public capital, leading organizations through a successful initial public offering (IPO), mergers/acquisitions, turnarounds and driving business results.

No. 35 — B2C Response

Diego Rivero
2016 B.S. Industrial and Systems Engineering

Diego Rivero is the founder and CEO of B2C Response, an e-commerce solutions provider specializing in platforms like Amazon and eBay. B2C Response optimizes brands on e-commerce platforms to increase sales and revenue while taking away the stress of online operations, fulfillment, customer service and legal aspects from the brand owner.

No. 42 — Feathr

Aidan Augustin 

Aidan Augustin is the co-founder and president of Feathr, a digital marketing platform specifically tailored to the needs of associations and large event organizers. Feathr’s marketing tools help customers reach their goals of increasing membership, growing event attendance and driving new revenue streams. More than 1000 event organizers use Feathr to market thousands of events, initiatives and member programs to more than 100 million customers around the world.

No. 44 — Everest Ice and Water Systems

Dan Doromal
2006 B.S. Materials Science and Engineering

Dan Doromal is the co-founder and managing member of Everest Ice and Water systems, which created a patent for a one-moving-part ice vending machine system. Their devotion to manufacturing and design is second to none. With the goal of producing the most innovative machine options in the industry, they have invested — and continue to invest — heavily in the design, staff and vendor relationships.

Daniel Kent
2006 M.S. Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, 2007 Ph.D. Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering

Daniel Kent is the president of MechaSpin, and he has more than 20 years of experience in the Robotics and Autonomous Systems industry. His career has taken a diverse path as he has developed expertise in distributed software architectures, software standardization, software design & development, user interfaces, human factors and many other topics relevant to today’s emerging automation markets. Daniel guides a team of engineers who integrate new types of low-cost 3D sensors (including lidar) and artificial intelligence into new products so customers can bring breakthrough capabilities and competitive advantages to market by making their products safer and more collaborative with precision control.

Nicholas Johnson
2010 M.S. Electrical and Computer Engineering, 2010 Ph.D. Electrical and Computer Engineering

Nicholas Johnson, chief technology officer at Mechaspin, has more than 20 years of experience developing software, working on a wide range of projects, from low-level products involving embedded system design and firmware development to user facing applications implementing high-level artificial intelligence algorithms. He has worked with a myriad of sensors, actuators and other hardware, and he is adept in a wide array of programming languages. During his graduate work at UF, he worked on unmanned system development and autonomous vehicle technologies — self-driving cars.

No. 66 — LeadingAgile, LLC

Mike Cottmeyer
1990 B.S. Computer Engineering

Mike Cottmeyer is CEO of LeadingAgile, LLC, and he serves as his company’s resident champion of core agile values and principles. He is a thought leader and industry disrupter in the field of enterprise-focused agile transformation. Cottmeyer holds many certifications, including Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and DSDM Certified Agile Project Leader (DSDM APL).

No. 80 — J2 Solutions, Inc.

Jess Fronckowiak
2000 B.S. Civil Engineering

Jess Fronckowial is the founder and president of J2 Solutions, Inc. He has transitioned it from a one-man start-up in 2002 to a full-service, self-performing, design-build construction management firm, servicing the entire state of Florida. His company has won numerous awards, including Business of the Year, Contractor of the Year, and it has been inducted into the prestigious “BIG-50 Remodeling Contractors” from Remodeling Magazine. Today, as president, Fronckowiak splits his time between commercial business development and strategic planning.

No. 80 — J2 Solutions, Inc.

David Fouche
2001 B.S. Civil Engineering, 2002 M.E. Civil Engineering

David Fouche is co-owner and executive vice president of J2 Solutions, Inc. He joined the company in 2006 with the vision of growing the firm into a premier commercial contracting company. Fouche’s experience and knowledge in healthcare operations allowed him to earn the distinction of Certified Health Care Constructor (CHC) by the American Hospital Association. His current duties include leading the operations of the company, as well as all healthcare projects within acute care hospitals all over the state of Florida.

Walker Peek
2010 B.S. Civil Engineering

Walker Peek is CEO of Residential Acoustics & Commercial Acoustics. They offer acoustic consulting and products to customers on an array of projects from offices and commercial space to apartments and theaters.

No. 87 — Hyatt Survey Services, Inc.

Pam Hyatt
1990 B.S. Surveying and Mapping

Pam Hyatt is the president of Hyatt Survey Services, Inc. She oversees the direction of quality control and technical procedures as well as client relations and marketing. Pam is also responsible for the production of boundary, right-of-way and topographic surveys. She has more than 26 years of surveying experience. Her project experience has included residential, commercial and municipal development surveys.

No. 87 — Hyatt Survey Services, Inc.

Russell Hyatt
1990 B.S. Surveying and Mapping

Russell Hyatt is the vice president of Hyatt Survey Services, Inc. He oversees local, state and federal contract administration and overall quality control. Russell is also responsible for the production of boundary, hydrographic and topographic surveys. He has more than 28 years of surveying experience, and his project experience has included commercial/municipal development surveys and geodetic surveys, and beach/channel/port hydrographic surveys. Russell has extensive experience providing survey services to local, state and federal agencies such as the Pinellas, Hillsborough, Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte Counties, the Florida Department of Transportation, Florida Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Jacksonville District.
