Due to Hurricane Irma, the 1st Annual research Showcase and Open House will be postponed.

Posters should contain research enabled through processes, images and/or data obtained using RSC instrumentation and facilities for characterization and fabrication.
Poster proposals consist of a research summary and the data, or images, planned to be displayed in the poster.

Deadline for submission of poster proposals: Monday, September 4th.

Poster proposal approval notification: Wednesday, September 6th.
Electronic copy of poster submission deadline: Sunday, September 10th.

All posters should be on display by 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 14th  and poster authors must be present by their poster between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Each poster will be allocated a
30” x 40” display area.

The poster should have large legible text and figures, and describe the results in a manner that would be clear to a reader in the author’s absence.

Poster Judging and Awards Reception:
4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
