This month’s speaker will be Dr. Todd Golde
- Professor of Neuroscience in the College of Medicine
- Director of the Center for Translational Research in Neurodegenerative Disease
- Executive Director of the UF McKnight Brain Institute (MBI)
He will be speaking about two topics:
- His strategic vision for the MBI
- The amazing potential of Adeno-associated virus-based (AAV) gene therapy for neurodegenerative diseases.
The dinner will be held at NIMET (1041 Center Drive, NRF Room 115). Dinner will start at 5 pm and the event will wrap up no later than 7 pm.
