Course Planning & Pacing
Gator Engineering at Santa Fe students follow structured plans designed to ensure the timely completion of UF degree requirements while meeting Santa Fe’s AA degree requirements.
Key Academic Guidelines
- Your coursework must be completed according to UF’s critical tracking GPA and completion timeline standards.
- You must maintain:
- Critical Tracking (CT) GPA of 2.5+
- Cumulative GPA of 2.0+
- Grade of C or better in all CT courses
- Students may attempt a CT course twice (withdrawals count as attempts), with up to 3 double-attempts permitted.
- GPAs are calculated based on the UF grading scale.
Note on Timing:
Students with prior credits may accelerate their plan, but the earliest full UF admission is in Spring 2 semester. In some cases, students may begin with summer coursework at SF to complete prerequisites like chemistry or math.
