The complete list of ALL 1,000+ UF student organizations can be found on the GatorConnect page. Students join organizations and design teams to gain experience, join a community of peers working towards a common goal, and build their social and professional networks. It’s up to you to decide which organizations and how many organizations to join! Since you are an engineering student, it is encouraged that you join at least one engineering-related organization. The quality of your involvement (depth of contributions and long-term commitment) is valued more than quantity.
You can see department-sponsored and College-sponsored organizations by using the category filter feature found at the top left. You can also search for a particular word using the search bar at the top right. This list of engineering-related organizations has been carefully created by the HWCOE Center for Experiential Learning.

Membership: 3D Print & Design Club empowers the UF community by teaching hands-on additive manufacturing—from CAD for seamless collaboration to design-for-manufacturing principles—so student teams can turn ideas into real-world prototypes quickly and efficiently. Through workshops, peer mentoring, and open showcases, we’ll guide members in creating innovative projects that leverage 3D printing’s unique strengths, act as an on-demand consulting hub for campus organizations, and build a shared library of tutorials and resources that fuels creativity and problem-solving across all disciplines.
Membership in the 3D Print Club is open to all University of Florida students—no matter your major or class standing. Whether you’re a first-year exploring engineering, a studio-arts major experimenting with new media, or a grad student in any department, you’re welcome here! Come to any of GBM’s or catch any of our members at WERT 255.
