Many people think that studying abroad is beyond their reach because it is too expensive. However, with proper planning and research, the cost of studying abroad might not exceed that of spending a semester in Gainesville. There are ways to finance your experience through financial aid and scholarships.
You may qualify for financial aid to study abroad, regardless of the type of program you choose. For University of Florida (UF) students, a budget that outlines the program costs will be sent to Student Financial Affairs once you complete the Financial Aid questionnaire during the online application process.
