6:00 pm – 8:00 pm: Welcome Remarks & Dinner, Ice Breakers with Current Graduate Speakers

Friday, November 4
7:00 am – 8:30 am: Breakfast
9:00 am – 10:00 am: HWCOE Administration Welcome Remarks, Graduate Recruiting, Admissions,
Fellowship Presentation, SURF Overview Presentation
10:00 am – 5:00 pm: Department Specific Programs (introductions, faculty appointments, lab tours, etc.)
5:00 pm – 7:00 pm:  Dinner & Games

Saturday, November 5
7:00 am – 8:30 am: Breakfast
9:00 am – 10:00 am:  Gainesville Bus Tour
11:00 am – Noon, Lunch & Graduate Student Panel, Closing Remarks
Noon onward:  Departure, Hotel Check-Out, Airport Shuttles
