Ph.D. admissions into Gator Engineering programs are intensely competitive. The first step is to pick which department you’d like to join. There are 10 within our college, each with its own culture and research focus. You’ll send application materials to both the university Graduate School and to your desired department. In the end, the department itself will decide whether or not to admit you.
All of our Ph.D. programs offer competitive stipends for assistantships, both teaching, and research. We have numerous fellowships as well available. All of these include tuition waivers. By applying by the deadline for the program you will automatically be under consideration for available engineering funding options.
