Bio:

Jim is an adjunct lecturer of the undergraduate Fundamentals of Engineering Project Management course offered through the Engineering Leadership Institute in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. He is a project manager and an environmental engineer in the Gainesville office of the Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., an industry-leading American international technical professional services firm. Jim has almost 20 years of project management experience and over 20 years of environmental engineering experience within the consulting engineering industry. During this time, he has also served in various management and leadership roles within the organizational structure. Jim is also a 9-year veteran of the U.S. Army Air Borne Division, where he earned an undergraduate degree in Radiologic Technology and a certificate in electronics.

Jim is a Gator Engineer holding an undergraduate degree in environmental engineering and a master’s degree in business administration from U.F. He is a licensed professional engineer in Florida.
