Mark is an adjunct lecturer of the undergraduate Fundamentals of Engineering Project Management course offered through the Engineering Leadership Institute in the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. He is a project manager and an environmental engineer in the Gainesville office of the Jacobs Engineering Group, Inc., an industry-leading, American international technical professional services firm. Mark has over 20 years of project management experience and over 25 years of environmental engineering experience, within the consulting engineering industry. He has also served in various management and leadership roles within the organizational structure during this time.

Mark is a 3-time Gator Engineer holding an undergraduate and graduate degree in aerospace engineering as well as a graduate degree in environmental engineering.  He is a Florida native and a long-term resident of the Gainesville area where he and his wife of 28 years raised their 3 children.
