Bio:

Dr. Michel Chalhoub is an adjunct instructional professor in the Engineering Leadership Institute of the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering. He developed and currently instructs the graduate course Engineers in Public Policy.

Dr. Chalhoub’s successful 30+ year career includes substantial experience in the academic sector, instructing undergraduate and graduate engineering courses and MBA courses, conducting research, and serving on leadership committees as a faculty member at renowned universities in the Middle East, where he worked on their ABET and AACSB accreditations. He also taught at U.C. Berkeley before holding structural engineering expert and executive-level positions in major US corporations, including R.M. Parsons, C.T. Main, Engineering Science (DeLeuw Cather), Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, and the Interpublic Group.
