The UF in Belgium Leadership and Innovation program will take place during spring break and introduce students to the concept of leadership and innovation in Europe, both from a technological and global business perspective. Students will see first-hand the application of leadership skills through visits to the EU Parliament in Brussels, KU Leuven, multinational corporations, and startups. Students will hear insights and lessons from start-up founders, faculty from KU Leuven, and consultants on management, innovation, and leadership strategies. The program will include visits to Lille and University Catholic of Lille to explore their leadership in new sustainability initiatives, as well as a guided tour of the World War 1 Battlefields of the Ieper in Belgium.
