Welcome to Gator Engineering at Santa Fe!

Congratulations on your invitation to the Gator Engineering at Santa Fe program! A team of faculty and staff from the Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering at the University of Florida reviewed your application and selected you, a qualified applicant with an interest in engineering, for the option to participate in UF’s partnership program with Santa Fe College. Due to your scholastic accomplishments thus far and your selection of one of the majors offered in this program, you are eligible for Gator Engineering at Santa Fe. We hope you’ll join us!

Information Sessions

If you have questions about the program or are interested in learning more, please sign up for one of our information sessions. They are held virtually via Zoom, and registration is required. Please note that information sessions are currently limited to invited students only.

Invitation Acceptance

Your invitation to the Gator Engineering at Santa Fe program is a one-time offer, and admission cannot be deferred. Your place in the program is only reserved for the upcoming semester, so please be sure to notify us of your acceptance by the confirmation deadline.

The deadline to accept your invitation to the program is May 1st. Please complete the online confirmation form by May 1st to officially accept your invitation:

  • Smaller class sizes while at Santa Fe College for more focused attention and time from faculty
    • General classes capped at about 30 students, about 20-24 students in science classes
    • About 12-15 students in Honors classes
