The L3 Harris seminar series, hosted by the Engineering Innovation Institute, brings together students and faculty from across the Herbert Wertheim College Engineering to hear about the role of an innovative mindset from those in industry, or who have started their own ventures. Aspects of an innovative mindset include creativity, agility, inclusivity, analytical, curiosity, empathy, collaboration, vision, courage, and experimentation. The seminar series allows students to make connections between their coursework and the real world experience of the speakers. The seminar is open to any member of the Herbert Wertheim College Engineering, all majors are welcome.
