Details
Dr. Lertworawanich is the Director of the Bureau of Road Research and Development, Department of Highways, Thailand. In this presentation, Dr. Lertworawanich will discuss his work on adaptive signal control based on CO Emissions. With the use of occupancy information obtained from loop detectors for the signal control algorithm, the emissions at signalized intersections in urban areas can be reduced.
