Bio:
Mert Canatan is a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at the University of Florida. He received a B.S. in electrical and electronics engineering from Izmir University of Economics, Izmir, Turkey, in 2018, and a M.S. in electrical and computer engineering from UF in 2021. His research interests include digital twins, machine learning, and the internet of things in food chains.
