SIERRA SPACE is the creator and manufacturer of the Dream Chaser, a reusable piloted or
unpiloted orbital spacecraft, which is suitable for a variety of low Earth orbit (“LEO”) missions,
with or without crew, and which will be used to service the International Space Station (“ISS”)
and return to a standard runway under the NASA Commercial Resupply Services 2 (CRS2)
contract.
