Heather Sherlock
Director of Global Logistics Strategy at Intuitive Surgical, Inc.

Heather brings over 14 years of experience in the global logistics and distribution industry, primarily as a service provider before she joined Uber 4 and half years ago to build a logistics program from the bottom up and lead it. Heather recently joined the Intuitive Surgical as the Director of Global Logistics Strategy joining a cutting edge company and amazing organization. Her Undergraduate degree was in Industrial Engineering at the University of Florida and later she earned an MBA from Penn State. She has spent the majority of her career in freight forwarding, logistics and global trade compliance for Eagle Global Logistics, CEVA Logistics and Crane Worldwide Logistics. At these companies Heather worked with a wide variety of clients from the Medical, Oil & Gas, Tech and Aviation industries. Heather has been fortunate in her career to work across multiple verticals and to be based in several regions, both domestically in the US and Internationally across Asia Pacific.

Heather enjoys spending time with her 2 sons (youngest 6 weeks old, oldest 2 years old), going to be beach, walking her dog, cooking and prior to Covid-19 travelling. Her husband is a Pilot in the USAF and she is starting the process to get her PPL so they can fly together.
