College Information Sessions

Engineering Information Sessions

Engineering information sessions are hosted by the Engineering Center for Student Excellence Academic Advisors and Engineering Peer Advisors during the fall and spring semesters (Sept-October and January-March). Following the information session, the Engineering Ambassadors host a walking tour of engineering facilities. Comfortable, closed-toe walking shoes encouraged. Scheduled sessions are not offered during the summer or during university break weeks and holidays.

Please allot 2 hours and 15 minutes to your schedule for our Engineering Information Session and College Walking Tour.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please watch our video presentation and tour below. We are unable to accommodate requests for individual tours.

Virtual Engineering Information Sessions Q&A

A 45-minute virtual Q&A information session will be presented by our Center for Student Excellence. The Q&A information session will be online via Zoom. Zoom links will be sent out the day prior in a reminder email to families that have signed-up.

Prospective freshmen and undergraduate transfer students that wish to learn more about our UF Engineering Program but are unable to attend an in-person information session are encouraged to sign-up.

Prospective students who are already attending an in-person information session should not sign-up for the virtual Q&A information session. This allows enough space for students who are unable to attend in-person.
